Subprocessor List
Effective September 2, 2026
SaaSync, LLC, doing business as BillCadence (“SaaSync”), uses the service providers below to support BillCadence. A provider is a Subprocessor under the Data Processing Addendumonly to the extent it Processes Customer Personal Data on SaaSync's behalf to provide the Services.
Before allowing a Subprocessor to Process Customer Personal Data, SaaSync evaluates relevant privacy, security, and confidentiality practices and enters into a written agreement containing applicable data-protection obligations. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings in the Data Processing Addendum or Service Agreement.
1. Service-provider list
The following providers may Process Customer Personal Data when the corresponding function is used. A listed location identifies the provider's principal processing location for this purpose; the provider or its own authorized subprocessors may Process data in additional locations subject to applicable contractual safeguards.
| Provider | Location | Function | Information involved |
|---|---|---|---|
| Amazon Web Services (AWS) | United States | Cloud infrastructure, application services, and data hosting | Customer Data stored or processed through the Services |
| Help Scout | United States | Customer support and support-ticket management | Contact details, support communications, attachments, and relevant diagnostic information |
| Google Workspace | United States for covered data at rest; additional global processing and support locations | Business email, documents, storage, assisted meeting notes, communications, and support of the Services | Business contact information and content included in authorized communications, documents, meetings, or support |
| Slack | United States; additional global support and subprocessor locations | Internal service operations, project coordination, feature requests, and customer-support communications | Business contact details and limited Customer Data included in authorized internal communications |
| Granola | United States; additional locations used by authorized subprocessors | Meeting transcription and notes for Customer implementation and support meetings | Participant details, meeting audio or transcript content, and meeting notes |
| OpenAI | United States; additional locations used by authorized subprocessors | AI-assisted Service functionality, Customer support, and other authorized communications | Selected prompts, Customer Data fields required for the task, outputs, and technical metadata |
The table above does not include providers used solely for SaaSync's own billing, accounting, scheduling, advertising, marketing, or other activities for which SaaSync determines the purposes and means of Processing. Some of those providers are disclosed separately below for transparency. Listing a provider does not expand the purposes for which SaaSync may Process Customer Personal Data.
2. Other service providers
SaaSync also uses or may use the following providers for its own business operations when the corresponding function applies. For those activities, SaaSync generally determines the purposes and means of Processing, so the provider is not a Subprocessor under the Data Processing Addendum merely because it appears below.
| Provider | Location | Function | Information involved |
|---|---|---|---|
| Consent Management Inc. (Inth/c15t) | United States; additional locations used by authorized subprocessors | Hosted Website consent management, regional policy selection, and consent records | Consent identifiers, category choices, timestamps, policy and regional information, IP address, user-agent information, and related technical records |
| Stripe | United States | BillCadence subscription and payment processing | Account, billing-contact, subscription, transaction, and payment-status information |
| Calendly | United States | Appointment and meeting scheduling | Business contact information, scheduling details, and information submitted when booking |
| QuickBooks Online | United States | SaaSync accounting and payment recordkeeping | Account, billing-contact, invoice, payment, and transaction records relating to BillCadence charges |
| Acodei | United States | SaaSync accounting automation | Account, billing-contact, invoice, payment, and transaction records relating to BillCadence charges |
| ChartMogul | Germany | BillCadence subscription analytics and revenue reporting | Account, billing-contact, BillCadence subscription, invoice, payment, and transaction information |
If one of these providers later begins Processing Customer Personal Data on SaaSync's behalf to provide the Services, SaaSync will add it to the Subprocessor table and provide the advance notice required by the Data Processing Addendum before that Processing begins.
3. Customer-selected Connected Services
A system that Customer independently selects, contracts with, and authorizes BillCadence to access—such as QuickBooks Online, Xero, ChartMogul, or another accounting, billing, payment, commerce, customer- relationship, subscription-analytics, revenue-reporting, or communications service—is generally a Connected Service, not a BillCadence Subprocessor for that customer-directed data flow. Customer's agreement with the provider governs its Processing.
The same company may have different roles in different data flows. For example, ChartMogul acts as a Customer-selected Connected Service when Customer directs BillCadence to exchange Customer Data with Customer's ChartMogul account. It is not a BillCadence Subprocessor for that data flow and is not included in the list above.
BillCadence may use internal software, infrastructure, APIs, and data- processing functionality also used to provide SaaSync's core integration platform to power the ChartMogul connection. Because SaaSync, LLC operates both BillCadence and those internal components, SaaSync is not a Subprocessor to itself. The third-party providers used by those components are included in the Subprocessor table when they Process Customer Personal Data. Customer's ChartMogul account remains a Customer-selected Connected Service for the customer-directed data flow.
4. Advertising and analytics partners
Google, Meta, and similar advertising, audience-matching, attribution, enrichment, and Website analytics partners are not authorized to receive Customer Data from connected accounting, billing, or other operational systems for advertising purposes. They may receive Website activity and approved first-party information about BillCadence's own visitors, leads, Customers, Account contacts, or Authorized Users as described in the Privacy Policy. Those activities are outside the Customer Data Processing governed by the Data Processing Addendum.
BillCadence does not provide information about Customers' customers to Google, Meta, or another advertising partner for advertising, audience matching, enrichment, lookalike modeling, or campaign attribution.
5. International transfers
SaaSync is established in the United States, and most providers listed above principally Process information in the United States. Where Data Protection Laws require a transfer safeguard, SaaSync uses an applicable mechanism described in the Data Processing Addendum, which may include the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, an adequacy decision, or another legally recognized mechanism.
6. Changes and objections
SaaSync may update this list as providers and Service functionality change. When the Data Processing Addendum requires notice of a new or replacement Subprocessor, SaaSync will provide at least ten days' notice before that provider begins Processing Customer Personal Data. Customer may object during that period on reasonable data-protection grounds using the procedure and remedies in Section 5 of the Data Processing Addendum.
Customers should maintain a current Account-owner or billing-contact email address so they can receive notices. SaaSync will archive prior versions of this list and the dates on which changes took effect.
